I have never thought of doing anything like this before, but owing to the bad repairs of the Council with the pavement and pathways not being done regularly, it was a last resort.  Not until the solicitors contacted them was it rectified which goes to prove, in my opinion, that you have no choice.  I was very surprised that I got so much compensation for my injury and I would certainly recommend you to others.  Thank you very much for all your help.
