If you have had an accident resulting from negligence or caused by someone else then we can help. We operate on a "No Win , No Fee" policy, so you pay nothing for our services if your case is unsuccessful.
"No Win , No Fee" means that provided you have reasonable prospects of success then there will be no charge for our services if you lose your case. We may however need to obtain an after the event insurance policy to insure your case against losing, this should cover all expenses such as medical reports and court fees. Costs of the Insurance Policy start at £75.
